Ayo Brown is Executive Director of Operations for WIN Family Health. Since walking through WIN’s doors more than 28 years ago, she has remained steadfast in her mission, vision, and faith in building WIN as an innovative and powerful entity in the human services community. Ayo’s vision is to create a workspace that her staff can develop and grow holistically – personally, professionally, spiritually, intellectually, and physically. Her love of family and commitment to service has given her the natural ability to lead with compassion, patience, and clarity. Friends, family, and colleagues all agree she kind, nurturing and strong. Ayo has 3 beautiful children: Cameron, Nayo, and Indira. Her goal is to raise her children to love God, themselves and others.
