Tracey Drummond serves as the Director of Behavioral Health at WIN Family Health, where she provides executive leadership for the organization’s Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (Therapy and Psychiatry), Wellness Services (Health Homes), and Counseling Support Services (Psychiatric Rehabilitation). She oversees quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and multidisciplinary teams dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centered behavioral healthcare.
Tracey brings a background in program administration and evaluation. Most of her professional experience has focused on improving the lives of children and families. She is known for her nurturing, supportive approach and unwavering dedication to those she serves. Her expertise in crisis intervention, crisis prevention, and performance improvement has strengthened programs and supported positive outcomes across the organization. Tracey’s leadership is guided by the belief that wellness begins with recognizing individual strengths and supporting the whole person. She is committed to building high-performing teams, improving organizational systems, and developing services that respond to the evolving needs of the communities WIN serves.
Born and raised in Baltimore City, Tracey was first introduced to leadership through her home church through the usher board and trustee ministries. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biopsychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) in 1992, where she developed a lifelong commitment to learning and servant leadership. She recognized that her personal mission of serving her community precisely aligned with the mission of WIN Family Health.
Tracey’s relationship with WIN began in 1999 as a therapeutic foster parent. Since then, she has also served as a Parent Recruiter and Counseling Support Worker, giving her a unique perspective on the organization’s mission through the lenses of a client, staff member, and leader. These experiences continue to shape her commitment to providing services that help individuals and families build healthier relationships, greater independence, and brighter futures.
