We begin your journey with a comprehensive, personalized mental health assessment to understand your unique needs, followed by consistent weekly individual counseling sessions. To support your personal growth, we also host weekly group sessions. These groups provide a welcoming space to reinforce your personal goals while learning vital healthcare and life skills alongside others on a similar path.
