With a background in Social Work and Music from Loras College, combined with leadership development through years in Girl Scouts and Leadership Programs, Anne-Marie brings a servant leadership approach to operations at WIN Family Services. Early experiences in community service and leadership have helped build her belief that leadership is not about being in front, but about removing barriers, developing and documenting processes, and creating opportunities for people to grow into their full potential.
As Operations Manager, she enjoys bringing organization, accountability, and continuous improvement to every aspect of our work. Anne-Marie expresses that she has a passion for task management, data analysis, improving workflows, and developing systems that help teams succeed while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer experience. She believes strong operations create the foundation that allows staff to focus on what matters most—serving children, adults, and families with excellence.
Anne-Marie shares that WIN has supported both her personal and professional growth by allowing her to build her family, pursue her passion for Music Therapy, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
