At WIN Team, strategic planning helps ensure that our growth, services, and organizational priorities remain aligned with our mission and responsive to the needs of the individuals, families, and communities we serve. Our 2024–2028 Strategic Plan focuses on strengthening our organization, improving the quality and accessibility of services, investing in our workforce and infrastructure, and pursuing thoughtful, mission-aligned opportunities for growth.

VISION

Through the advancement of faith and family strengthening, every individual, family, and community will experience healthy relationships and family life.

MISSION

To promote holistic, strength-based, and faith-based principles within the human service community. Our goal is to therapeutically support and strengthen youth, families, organizations, and communities through the creation of innovative services, products and initiatives.

Our Strategic Priorities

1. Finance

Goal: Strengthen financial sustainability, accountability, and diversified revenue.

Objectives

·        Diversify revenue and payer sources.

·        Expand grants, donations, and capital access.

·        Strengthen fiscal controls and reporting.

·        Improve financial risk and continuity planning.

This priority supports WIN’s long-term financial health and our ability to continue investing resources in high-quality, mission-driven services.

2. Corporate Resources

Goal: Strengthen workforce capacity, technology, facilities, branding, and organizational support systems.

Objectives

·        Recruit and onboard qualified personnel.

·        Develop and retain staff.

·        Optimize technology and information resources.

·        Maintain safe, equipped, and welcoming facilities.

·        Strengthen brand and stakeholder engagement.

Through this priority, WIN invests in the people, technology, facilities, and organizational infrastructure needed to serve our communities with excellence.

3. Operations

Goal: Improve access, service coordination, engagement, efficiency, and program viability.

Objectives

·        Improve access and admissions.

·        Create a consistent WIN welcome and client experience.

·        Coordinate services and community partnerships.

·        Increase client engagement, retention, and successful discharge.

·        Monitor the operational health of every program.

This priority focuses on making it easier for individuals and families to access services, remain engaged, experience coordinated care, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

4. Quality Assurance

Goal: Improve service quality, compliance, client outcomes, and continuous performance improvement.

Objectives

·        Measure client outcomes and goal achievement.

·        Strengthen stakeholder satisfaction.

·        Maintain compliance and policy implementation.

·        Improve documentation and workforce competency.

·        Use incidents, grievances, and corrective actions for improvement.

WIN is committed to continuous improvement, using outcomes, feedback, compliance monitoring, and organizational learning to strengthen the quality of services.

5. Innovation & Expansion

Goal: Expand services, partnerships, and organizational reach through disciplined, mission-aligned growth.
