Since joining WIN Family Health in 1995, Ayo Brown, LMSW, has dedicated more than three decades to strengthening children, families, and communities through compassionate leadership, operational excellence, and innovative human services.
As the Executive Director of Operations, Ayo has helped shape WIN’s growth by developing leaders, building strong teams, creating innovative programs, and implementing systems that support organizational excellence and staff success. She is passionate about cultivating a workplace where employees can grow professionally, personally, and spiritually while delivering exceptional care to the families they serve.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, Ayo leads with integrity, compassion, and a commitment to excellence. She believes that investing in people—both staff and families—is the foundation for lasting community impact. Her vision is to build an organization where employees feel supported, families feel valued, and communities are strengthened through meaningful relationships and quality services.
Outside of her professional role, Ayo is a devoted mother to her three children, Cameron, Nayo, and Indira. Her greatest joy is raising them to love God, value themselves, and serve others. Her faith, dedication to family, and lifelong commitment to service continue to guide both her personal and professional mission.
