In order to become a foster parent with WIN Family Services, you must…
- Be at least 25 years old
- A Maryland resident
- Have a high school education, GED or equivalent
- Have a reliable source of income
- Can provide a safe and supportive home
- Pass background and home inspections
- Are willing to complete required training
The children we serve are:
- Ages 5–21
- Experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges
- In need of stable, supportive, and structured environments
- Many have experienced trauma—but with the right support, they can heal and thrive.
As an agency, we work to nurture and provide therapeutic treatment for these families. Through prayer, skill, and love, we have helped to successfully reunite and provide desperately needed mental health and mentoring services for these families.
