Delia Gibson serves as the Director of Parent Compliance & Recruitment at WIN, where she brings years of experience gained through serving in several roles within the organization. Her diverse background has equipped her with a deep understanding of WIN’s mission and a passion for providing exceptional support to colleagues, parents, providers, and the communities they serve.
Delia is committed to making a positive impact through service. She believes her purpose is to serve wherever God leads her, both professionally and personally. In addition to her work at WIN, she faithfully serves at her church on the Guest Services and Prayer Teams and recently launched a Gift & Wellness Ministry to encourage and support others in their spiritual and personal well-being.
A devoted wife, mother of two, and proud grandmother of five, Delia treasures her family and considers them one of God’s greatest blessings. Her life mission is to be a source of hope and compassion to the homeless, the hopeless, and the forgotten, extending God’s love through acts of service and kindness.
Delia is a Certified Master Life Coach, Board-Certified Christian Counselor specializing in Biblical Principles.
