Jasmin Cooke, LCSW-C, is the Director of Data Analytics at WIN Family Health. She has been with WIN since 2017, beginning her career with the organization as a social work intern. After joining the clinical team, she earned her Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) credential and became a Rehabilitation Specialist.
Jasmin later served as the Director of Family Support for three years before transitioning into her current role. As Director of Data Analytics, she uses data to evaluate services, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of high-quality services to clients and families.
Jasmin earned her Master of Social Work from the University of New England and is a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical in Maryland. She is passionate about combining her clinical experience with data-driven decision-making to strengthen services and improve outcomes across the organization.
