Marcus Dixon serves as the Director of Community Support at WIN Family Services, where he oversees monthly training sessions, coordinates the family meeting process, manages transportation needs, and connects families with valuable community resources. He works closely with leadership, clinical teams, youth, and families to strengthen communication, improve access to services, and promote positive long-term outcomes.
Marcus brings more than eight years of experience in behavioral health, psychiatric rehabilitation, treatment foster care, family support, and community-based services. He also serves as a Re-Engagement FSM with WIN Team LLC, supporting clients who are at risk of disengaging from psychiatric rehabilitation services. In this role, he facilitates biweekly retention meetings, conducts community outreach, and helps clients overcome barriers that may interfere with their continued participation in services.
Throughout his career, Marcus has remained committed to helping youth, adults, and families identify their strengths, develop essential life skills, and access the support needed to achieve greater stability and independence. He is passionate about building relationships, strengthening families, and creating practical solutions that help individuals and communities thrive.
